The processing of customers’ personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., and related legal regulations.

The customer agrees to the processing of personal data, including name, address, company ID, tax ID (for entrepreneurs), email address, bank account number, and phone number.

The customer grants consent for collecting and processing personal data for the purpose of:

• fulfilling rights and obligations under the purchase contract,

• managing user accounts,

• operating loyalty programs (if offered),

• sending information and marketing messages (with consent).

The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date data and inform the seller of any changes.

The seller may authorize third parties (e.g., carriers, accountants) to process personal data.

Personal data is processed electronically or in printed form.

The customer has the right to request explanation, correction, blocking, or deletion of data.

Upon request, the seller will provide information on data processing, possibly for a reasonable fee.

The customer agrees to receive information and commercial messages via email.
