Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”),and a natural or legal person who concludes a purchase contract through the online store at TUX-racing.cz, TUX-racing.com
(hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” or “Customer”).
2. Order and Conclusion of Contract
2.1. All product presentations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
2.2. The contract is concluded by sending an order and its acceptance via confirmation email.
2.3. Orders may be placed via website, email, or telephone.
2.4. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. Prices are stated in CZK and are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer.
3.2. Prices are valid at the time of ordering.

3.4. Goods are shipped after payment is credited unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Delivery is provided via carriers or personal pickup.
4.2. Delivery time in the Czech Republic: usually 2–7 business days.
4.3. International delivery depends on carrier and destination.
4.4. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
4.5. The Buyer must inspect the package upon receipt.
4.6. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
5. Withdrawal from Contract
5.1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without reason.
5.2. Withdrawal must be sent to: jak.charvat@seznam.cz
5.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
5.4. Goods must be returned undamaged.
5.5. Refunds are issued within 14 days.
6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1. Warranty period: 24 months.
6.2. Claims may be submitted via email or post.
6.3. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.
6.4. Buyer is entitled to repair, replacement, or discount.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. Data is processed for order fulfillment only.
7.2. Data is shared only with carriers.
7.3. Processing complies with GDPR.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Effective from November 7, 2025.
8.2. The Seller may amend these terms.
8.3. Czech law applies.
8.4. Disputes are handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
